Ensuring all QA/QC documentations are ready prior and post welding, e.g. WPS/PQR, Welders Qualifications, Material and Consumable Certificates, and Quality Control Plans. Surface preparations before welding, inter-run cleanliness during welding, and parameter checks during welding. Correct welding profile post welding, and that all NDT activities as listed on the QCP have been met.
