Rorota Quality Solutions work hand in hand on behalf of the Client on any project, Solutions also ensure that all relevant documents like drawings, QCP and etc are approved for construction and that the correct and current revision(s) are in — circulation at all times To prevent delays from the part of the sub-vendor, we follow up to ensure all documentation turnaround times are respected as per the contract with the client Ensure that all Non— Conformance (NCR) rose against the Vendors during the project are attended to and closed according to quality procedures.

During the end of the Project, Rorota Quality Solutions ensure that Databook is completed according to the initially approved index and ensures that all documents like WPS/PQR/Material Certificates/inspection report/COC/etc are in the Databook that will be submitted to the client.
